We are hiring for a Business Development and Client Acquisition role at a reputed Chartered Accountant firm based in Mumbai (Andheri). This position is ideal for a driven professional who can help expand our client base, build strong relationships, and contribute to the firm’s growth through consistent business development efforts.

Eligibility: Candidates with CA-Inter, ICWA, or M.Com qualifications are encouraged to apply. We are looking for someone confident in approaching prospects, understanding client needs, presenting services clearly, and converting leads into long-term engagements. Prior exposure to professional services or a CA firm environment will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients

  • Lead client meetings, follow-ups, and closures

  • Maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery

Compensation: CTC will be in the range of 10 to 12 LPA, based on experience and performance.
