HoReCa Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced Sales Professional for the HoReCa segment to drive business growth across Mumbai and Pune. The ideal candidate will be a strong performer with a proven track record in selling wine, liquor, or other premium and luxury categories to hotels, resorts, restaurants, cafés, and bars.

Position Requirements

  • Qualification: Any graduation

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years

  • Compensation (CTC): As per industry standards

  • Vacancies: 1

  • Location: Mumbai & Pune

Key Skills & Expertise

  • Strong HoReCa sales experience with solid market knowledge

  • Exposure to wine and liquor sales, premium brands, or luxury product selling

  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and account management skills

  • Understanding of F&B operations, menu planning, outlet requirements, and purchase cycles

  • Ability to generate leads, convert new accounts, and grow existing customers

  • Confident in handling pricing discussions, trade terms, and volume planning

Role Overview
You will be responsible for building a healthy pipeline, meeting sales targets, and developing long-term partnerships with key decision-makers in hotels and resorts. The role requires consistent field activity, strong follow-ups, and a results-driven approach.
