We are hiring an experienced Maintenance / Production Engineering professional for our machinery equipment operations in Peenya, Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E or Diploma and have 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, especially involving foundry and CNC/VMC machines.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing breakdown maintenance, reducing machine downtime, and ensuring smooth daily operations across the shop floor. You should be confident in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, planning preventive maintenance schedules, and coordinating with operators and production teams to meet output targets. Strong exposure to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices is a must, along with the ability to implement improvements that enhance equipment efficiency, safety, and reliability.

Candidates who understand shop-floor discipline, maintenance documentation, and root cause analysis will be preferred. The position offers an attractive compensation package as per industry standards.
