Sales Manager

We are hiring an experienced professional for an Industrial Compressor Sales and Business Development role in Bengaluru. This position is ideal for someone who understands the industrial market, can build strong client relationships, and consistently deliver revenue growth through structured sales efforts.

In this role, you will handle end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closure. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, automotive, pharma, food, and engineering, while also managing and growing existing accounts. You should be confident in understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable compressor solutions, and coordinating with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and timely execution.
